Ingredients:

4 cl non-alcoholic gin

3 cl sugar syrup

1 egg white

1 fresh lime juice

4 -10 cl of sparkling water to extend the drink

A lot of ice

Instructions:

Add the ingredients to the shaker (except the sparkling water). Use ice half the amount of the drink. Shake for about 30 seconds to allow the egg white to foam properly. Fill the glass with plenty of ice and pour the cocktail over the top. Add the sparkling water, stir gently and serve!
